PS Monitor Sales
Designed specifically for pre-sales device analysis, PS Monitor Sales (PSMS) is an automated tool for discovering document output devices, at your customer's sites. Equipped with built-in reporting functions, PSMS only takes minutes to audit an entire network. PSMS operates directly from a USB memory stick. This enables sales professionals to audit a customer site, within minutes, without installing any software onto the network. Simply insert the USB device into any compatible computer on the network and follow the Network Wizard prompts to analyze each and every connected network print or copy device.
PSMS can detect and retrieve information on most equipment manufacturers. Once the device information has been retrieved, it can create charts and graphs instantly which can be used with the customer to illustrate the current utilization of existing document output devices.
As usage patterns are often non-linear, it is useful to know the actual current usage as opposed to the average usage, over the lifetime of a device. PSMS can report the usage over a specific period simply by visiting the site more than once and using PSMS to update the elapsed counters. The report generator will use the values between the first and most recent visit, to generate an accurate picture of utilization.

PS Monitor Admin
PS Monitor Admin (PSMA) will support sites containing thousands of devices, which incorporates functionality to assist the management of document output devices.
The PSMA Alert module receives critical event information directly from document output devices, as they happen. Information such as service calls, low toner, and paper jams can be instantly captured and directed to the correct person inside the Dealer organization. Key equipment is kept operating as smoothly as possible as the enhanced Notification module can deliver service and maintenance issues directly to technicians in the field, via SMS. Events are delivered as XML tickets, for ease of integration into existing service management solutions.
The Notification Filter function ensures critical information reaches the correct person: service calls for maintenance can be emailed, automatically, to the equipment provider, while notifications for more paper and supplies can be routed internally to the individual responsible for these matters.
Finally the custom reporting module, PS Reports back to FCC, allows vendors and administrators to create their own customized reports, using FCC's database schema, to extract the exact information required.
PSMA will keep on top of your fleet of document output devices.
Monitoring the usage, supplies, availability and status of printers and multifunctional devices can be time consuming. FSMA combine with FCC automates these tasks, providing automated status reports and real-time statuses at the touch of a button. Once added to the Device List, the device information and statuses will be retrieved on a periodic basis.
FSMA combine with FCC can send service calls directly to the Dealer, while reports on usage information can be generated for internal budgeting purposes. The "traffic light" view provides network administrators with an instant view of the status of each output device.
