FCC is a software product designed to eliminate overhead needed for processing meter readings from MFP's, Copiers and Printers. Once the software is setup, it reads and parses emails, from MFP, Excel® or .csv types of files. Processes the data and populates your ERP package eliminating manual input. FCC software supplies data on all MFP’s, providing details on every status letting you choose what report to create. FCC runs as a service on your MS Windows® compatible system both Servers and Desktops models. Configuration is done in around 60 minutes. All you do is setup incoming email addresses to collect readings, setup the email parses and point the data to your ERP database and the system is running. If e-mails from MFP do not work try our PS Monitor Suite for SNMP collection on all MFP and printers.

FCC can be program to read serial numbers, model numbers, all output (Print, Copy, Fax, Scan) counts, black copies, color copies and more. Install the PS Monitor option; scan the network for MFP’s, printers gathering meters, toner levels reporting back to FCC for processing into your ERP package.

Once FCC services are configured all operations are ran as a service and happens automatically no more tracking e-mail to bill your customers. FCC tracks e-mails, parses data, populates ERP software and reports all activity inside one place.
